S2000's are kind of cramped and not as nice on the inside, but I prefer the looks more. The 350Z is only marginally faster than the S2000, even with that extra horsepower. It's held back by it's weight.

It likely also doesn't have any performance mods to back it up.
i think it would look a lot nicer and I would like it a lot more if the spoiler was the same color as the car.

Personally, I think it depends on the rims. In the top picture, the rims are too dark to match the top. In the bottom, the rims are too bright to match the top.
Match and rims and top, and either will l ook good. Personally, I like the black a bit more though.

There's a scoop. 2.5RS's have scoops but i have no idea where Us0 lives so they may not have those where he lives.
I drive a rice car too I guess.
