I don't know anything about painting, dad's going to teach me as we go.
ahh... i once helped paint a friend's old miata using a high density foam roller and rustoleum. turned out alright, but the paint only lasts a couple years at best. poor man's paint job for sure.

Awesome truck. I wish more people drove small trucks like that instead of the monstrosities I see on the road all the time.

He just enjoys telling other people to purchase cars that he wishes he could purchase. [editline]24th February 2011[/editline] and to Benji, the Ion was ok, I just didn't enjoy riding shotgun for very long. I'm 6'1" and my legs didn't fit comfortably under the passenger side dash.

I'm normally not riding shotgun anyway, so I'm more worried about how the driver's side is and it was really comfortable. With the seat back it was great. Looking forward to taking it on a long distance trip.

Do you guys have any recommendations for a first car? I live in Indiana, so diesel is probably not an option. I'm not looking at anything specific, but my budget is around $8,000. I'm not looking for you guys to go onto cars.com and do it all for me, I'm just looking for some general cars that are good for newer drivers. I have no preference on brand, and I value reliability and interior quality more than power. I REALLY don't want a truck.

Yay how Fun. Gas Just Jumped 35 cents a Gallon. Don't understand how oil/Gas companies get away with raising it when ever they feel like.
It's because of the unrest in the middle east.
wow fuck bird shit is a major hazard in a convertible
It's because of the unrest in the middle east.
Thats barely pushed Oil up 15$ the last two weeks. freakin Gas companies get away with moving the price up your ass the second the barrel goes up, but don't have to drop em a dime if the Price of a barrel falls out. getting pretty annoying now-a-days. Last time Crude was @ $111, Gas was 99 cents here, and didn't hit 1.14/L till crude was at like $125-130 a barrel. I Won't bitch about the price it self since I know Europe and England get Raped even harder though, just how much they get away with raising it.
I drive an '09 Nissan Maxima. Entirely pimped out, turbo charged v6, leather seats, sports lowered with low profile tires and 19" rims, GPS nav, etc. Best car I've ever driven, and I've driven a lot of high end cars.
I know, I think it's completely ridiculous how the companies react. It closed at like $97 a barrel today which brought prices down a little bit but not much. My 16.5mpg average is hurting to say the least. True, I'm not about to complain that much when I see how much they pay across the pond.
About to go spray up my stock gray side skirts on my BMW black with $3.50 auto shop spraypaint. Wish me luck. :v:
