The winter’s been hard on my car, and all the roadsalt the danish fucking goverment keeps spraying all over the place as soon as a single snow flake falls, basically eats up the cars.
So the salt ate my exhaust pipe, and I’ve dismounted that a long time ago. And lately I noticed that my rear sway bar was loose in the right side too, and it makes knocking sounds everytime I go on uneven roads. Gravel, bricks or roadbumps.
But this morning, I was going on the onramp on my way to work and I heard this sound:
*bbbrrrrrrrrrrrrrr-KA-BOINGGGGGGG* and then there was silence for like 1 second, and I could hear some metal bouncing off the asphalt behind me. *KLANG. KLANG.. KLANG… KLANG…. KLANG…..*
So now my car has no sway bar, lol

that is a waste of time and money ! if you cant control the throttle/revs, you shouldnt be driving !

Yeah, I agree. But ignition cut is still more healthy for the car than fuel cut.
My friend was trying to work out the MPG on his Supra last night, I told him that if he was worrying about MPG then he really shouldn't own a Supra. We worked it out that it drops to about 8mpg when its driven how it should be and 25mpg at the max on a long run. Ouch.
25 is pretty good for a long haul. I can get 30 with my car but it can drop to about 15 if I drive it hard.
how many times will these subforums move :v:
Driving at night is kind of creepy around where i live, saw 5 possums(?) cross the street just out of the light of my high beams and all i saw was 5 pairs of eyes moving across the street.
Saw some deer but told my mom i wouldnt hit any with her car
unless i see a 20 point buck
Got my friend to buy a dark grey/black '97 Subaru Legacy GT. Has 199k miles and needs headgaskets. So since the engine is going to be out, we decided to go all out and have the headgaskets done, water pump replaced, timing belt replaced, and clutch replaced. I didn't think I would like the car that much (I'm an Impreza fan) but this car is actually really nice.
Looks like this, but dark grey, and the owner kept the GT rims so it just has regular Legacy rims:

Looks slick. If I lived in an area where all wheel drive was necessary, I would put a Subaru near the top of my list of cars I want.

We don't really need AWD, we just like to rally, and snow drifting with AWD is pretty fun.

that's actually what I was thinking of when I aid ignition cut.
