It's a 93, done about 60 000 miles. The thing that's got me is that it's an automatic. Oh and I also only want it cause I've always wanted a supra. I don't really have the space or need for another car. I really only want it for summer driving :downs:
its fuckin ugly and riced out

Automatic, not turbo, and riced out. I'd say hold off.
its fuckin ugly and riced out
Yeah but it comes with all the original body parts. They need to be painted but I'd paint the car black anyway. The rims though... god those are really awful.
:barf:
[editline]28th February 2011[/editline]
if you're getting a supra, buy one stock and do your own shit to it
uugh, read some more and the car is apparently in Germany... Yeah... Not like I would have just went out and gotten in if it wasn't but still, Supras are rare and expensive in Sweden these days. Fuck why am I even thinking about it I'm moving to Australia anyway :v:
I think I blew my turbo today.
Me and a friend went on a drive, and on this really long straight we were messing around, overtaking each other. So I go to pass him and decide to bury it. My car just pulls and I look down and the speedo is pegged. it goes to 110 and based on my rpm's i think it was somewhere around 125-130mph.
So we turn around and go to meet my friends mom at the store. when we get there my friend says that my car is blowing a little smoke.
At idle it smokes, it looks white or gray and isn't sweet. If I rev it, it doesn't smoke until I let off. The turbo builds boost fine, smooth all the way to 14lbs.
It kind of looks like how the original turbo smoked when the seals were bad, and i think it smells the same to.
Someone console me and tell me it's just my $200 t25 and not my piston rings or headgasket.
The T25 doesn't last very long pushing more than 12psi. You blew that shit up.
cool.
do you know if it would still say its making 14lbs if its blown?
i guess it's t28 time
It'll still make the 14psi but it'll probably burn crazy oil. Might eventually seize up too.
[editline]27th February 2011[/editline]
Get a Disco Potato.
Definitely the turbo, your rings just won't go bad like that. You can do a compression test if you want though. You probably got it too hot while doing those high speed pulls.

Thanks for the reassurance guys.
It's getting pretty hot in Florida now, when I did the pull it was probably mid 80's.

A little too small for my tastes. IIRC the disco potato drops off before redline like the t25.
Depending on my budget, it's either S14 T28, S15 T28, GT2871R .64, or T3 GT3076R.
With all of those options, I'm going to have to buy bigger injectors ($400) Z32 MAF($130) and a tune ($600). And if I do somehow get a gt30r, I'll need a manifold, downpipe, dumptube, wastegate, lines, and new piping.

Buy used injectors. I got some FIC 1050cc injectors, freshly cleaned by FIC for $225 shipped.

I most likely will, but I listed a new price just because.
When I pulled my car into the garage earlier today, it wasn't smoking at all really. I revved it like i did earlier in the day, which then caused smoke but nothing now.
Who knows. It's a ~20 year old turbo I bought for $200. It's pretty damn good it's ran this long at pretty much it's max efficiency.

More like way over it. It's a hairdryer after 12psi

I got a used Z32 MAF for $100, 550cc injectors had fuel to spare at 283whp, get it rom tuned by enthalpy.
S15 T28 can be had new for $700. If the gt2560r is the same then its not worth the price, which is almost gt2871r money.

It's ugly, if u want one buy it standard AND with manual gears.

No need for engine/exhaust but if your moving from stock tires to 38's you would definitely want to look into swapping out your rear end gears for a lower ratio. If it's 4 wheel drive then you'd have to swap the front gears out for the same ratio etc... Your speed sensor will most likely be inaccurate so...
Body or suspension lift?

suspension lift. i'll have a look into swapping out the gears, and it's a 4x4.
FUCKING ROAD SIGNS ON THE PIKES PEAK COURSE IN DIRT 1

Toyota made a new concept for FT-86.
I kinda like the design.
Looks like the Batmobile in an alternate universe.
Too much action up front, not enough in the back.

Small changes on its back.
