Fixed unpainted rust spots and horrible paintjob (will be repainted ofc)
DEM WHEELS
Take off those hideous seat covers bro, other than that, kickass jeeeeeeeeeeep. :D
My friend Ben bought a Jeep a while back, the wrong Jeep. Yeah, got the 4.0 and all, but it's two-wheel drive. That just eliminates all the fun of owning a Jeep. :/
ofc I'm gonna take off the seat covers and if the seats are in horrible shape I'll try and find some in the same color in some scrapyard
Anyone know any options for transporting a dirtbike via a car? I can't afford a new vehicle nor the gas for a truck so I'm stuck with my current car and dirt-bikes aren't street-legal here but I want to go dirt-biking at a track about 20 minutes down the highway.
Any options?
Buy a van. However, the van I've done this with was actually just a light duty pickup with a van body.

8 000,- (about £800). It's gone 157 000 km and it needs a bit of work with the engine before I can use it. The gasket is dead
Just Empty Every Pocket. :v:
But really, I want a Comanche really really bad. :frown:
did you even read his post? he said he can't afford to buy a new vehicle.
By buy a van I mean go pick up a piece of shit that you only use to transport the bike to the track.
[editline]24th March 2011[/editline]
I got one for $300 bucks. Good running 4.3L vortec. Lots of mold. If my dad can find the title, someone can buy it.
just because you got a $300 dollar van doesn't mean that someone else can get the same thing.
It's just a suggestion dude.
And thus conkers 2 month car search still goes on. Fucking cash for clunkers eating all my possible cars. Oh rite gon look at an el camino (no info atm) near me that my dad spotted, prob not a 350 :v:

Browse craigslist, and when you find a good one, don't say it's from the internet
Did a bit of spring cleaning today. Result was nice.

Course that depends on if the guy doesn't get rid of it by the weekend.
dismantle, put in boot. problem solved.
[editline]22nd March 2011[/editline]
by dismantle i mean take wheels off
Wouldn't that require draining the bike each time? I hear that dirt bikes are SUPPOSED to leak fluid if left on their side for a long time, something about ventilation and not clogging the engine.
I can't leak shit all over my car.

I don't have room to put another vehicle anywhere, I already have to park on the side of the road as my drive-way is full and parking along the side of my road is brutal (If I leave my house for even a few minutes at night, my spot is taken and I have to park 3-7 houses up the road)
I can't afford to insure another vehicle which is why I don't go the option of a street legal bike either. I can afford $300 but I don't have a bike yet, I'm just seeing if there's any options for me to get a bike out of town as there's nowhere to ride here in town. Otherwise, I'll wait until I get a truck at some point (Likely not for a couple years though. Gas is going through the roof here)
I got epic tires:

That sucks man, well maybe you can rent a truck or little trailer.
my street is kinda like that, we got a van sitting out front that we need to get rid of, but my dad keeps dragging his feet for some reason. I called up the local Pick'n'Pull to get a quote but still it sits. Now I got my own car, my brother has a car, and my other brother has nurses during the day and night. Then the guy across the street always has a few cars because he buys and sells cars through craigslist. :v:
[editline]24th March 2011[/editline]
Also, who says you need to insure a vehicle you don't use? :ninja: Not that I know the laws where you live.
Giant wall of cars for sale that im considering (in a local ad thing) :v:
Some are "considering" because i can afford them, not necessarily cos i like them

ALL of the WS-6s around me still go for 12-14k. Condition/Miles don't matter.

holy fuck insurance on the f150/ grand cherokee is 1/2k higher than the ws6 :v:
