Yes, yes you did.
Believe me I was shocked too. Why would anyone supercharge a luxury car? (Especially the MANUFACTURER)

Also I made that avatar. I love it. :3:
Oh you made it? I remember the thread and someone posting it, but I couldn't remember who. :v:
What's under the hood then? A V8?
Nevermind It's a V6.

Platform C-body
Engine 3.8 L Buick V6
The model year 1991 Park Avenue, introduced in 1990 utilized GM's GM C platform until the C-body was dropped in 1997. The Park Avenue was normally powered by the 3.8 L 3800 Series I V6, with a special Ultra model using a supercharged version starting in 1992 (a very limited number of 1991 Ultras had the supercharged engine as an option). Many consider the supercharged model to be a "sleeper" due to its exceptional acceleration, despite its large size.
I've heard good things about the 3.8L though. Apparently it's the updated version of the engine from the Buick GNX's.
Edit:
Or so I've heard.
So is that a good price?
Shit for a car that runs good, only has 107k miles, AND has a supercharger? I'd like to think so.
L67 Supercharged
The Series I Supercharged engine went through many internal changes and the horsepower changed rapidly between the time it was introduced and the time that the Series II L67 was introduced. The M62 supercharger was manufactured by Eaton, exclusively for the GM 3800 engine. HP was rated at 205 for 1991-1993 engines (models vary), and 225 for 1994-1995 engines. The additional horsepower for 1994-95 engines was gained by using teflon coated supercharger rotors, improving efficiency. The 1994-1995 utilized a 2.85-inch (72.4 mm) pulley versus the 2.55-inch (64.8 mm) pulley used on the 91-93 supercharger.
Power isn't too bad for a '92 either.
In excellent condition it bluebooks at $2,895.

I bet you could talk her down a little.

Actually I already did. Talked down from $3100 to $2750, but that's as low as he'll go.
if your speedometer is bigger than your tachometer, then you don't know shit about cars

Well crap, tell him if he want's your money to go a little lower. But I haven't seen it in person, so I don't know what kind of shape every things in, like the interior and all that. If you think it qualifies as "Excellent" though, go for it.
Went to get my License today, and my fucking middle brake light is out. Second time I've been fucked trying to get my License. And lucky for me I have to open my trunk to change the light. Too bad the first locksmith I had look at my car to make me some keys jammed the trunk lid so it doesn't open.
Well then have fun with an awesome car.
The MPG is like 3 miles better than your average muscle car though so be ready to shell out money.
I don't really know how much a mile or a gallon is but I drive an old volvo that is heavier and bigger with 4 cylinders and about 100 hp so I won't notice much difference in fuel usage :v:
RAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA NOOOOOOOOOOOO
well the WS6 is fuckin gone, and i cried a little because in the back lot of that dealership they had a chevelle that was all fucked up. poor thing
The v8 cherokee was ok looking, the seats were ripped to shit.
The GMC pickup was p nice, Im leaning towards that now since its what i really want
Now i just gotta wait till monday when my dad comes back from new york so i can get his "expert" opinion on the gmc

You'll be getting about 12-14 city MPG (I'm American and I don't where you're from) and maybe like 16-17 highway. What year is yours? It's most likely a l6 4.0 liter so yeah, it likes to take gas.

Come at me Ferosso.

My S14 was black. and it was on stock wheels. On ebay lowering springs. Bought it that way.

Could be thingking of edbros S2000.
Also my stock GTI wheels are a pretty decent offset. Tire is pretty close to the fender. Unlike the 240. It's a VW thing :v:

And I'm from Norway
So I'm trying to get another DD and then sell my CRX. Wanting another civic, anything from 88 to 2000, preferably an EF sedan, EJ1/EJ2, or a hatch of any year range.
But then I stumbled across this beauty http://tulsa.craigslist.org/cto/2287491699.html
I'm not big on Toyota but I love KE71s. They've always appealed to me: A small, cheap econo-box with four wheels and rear-wheel drive. What more could you ask for?
It's a bit steep, if I could get the guy down a lot I'd be interested. If it was a manual, I'd probably snatch it up for whatever, but I've had one KE71 auto and it was a turd bucket. It was also brown.
I saw a delta integrale today
ok
I nearly facepalm'd at this. I love Shelbies and 620 hp is really impressive, but there's just no way. The article and most of the comments seem to be forgetting that:
A. The Shelby is still well over 3,000 lbs.
B. Ford always advertises their horsepower at the flywheel, not at the wheels where it matters.

I agree with point A, and I agree that it's stupid to compare a mustang to a corvette, but all car makers advertise crank horsepower
It rained like fuck today and it was fucking cold, so no pics today.
But I will say this, the inside of that car is like a fucking cockpit.
It even has a little panel near where sunroof buttons normally go that indicate when your lights are out.
I didn't know they made cars this fancy in 1992.
How much did you end up paying for it? How's the Supercharger treating you? :v:
