$2,750 Me likee supercharger. It confused me like fuck at first though cause it runs after the engine is off. I thought something broke.

That's weird, didn't know Superchargers did that. Can't find anything about it though. [editline]27th March 2011[/editline] All I can find about anything running after the ignition is turned off on Buicks of that era is the fan blower having a bad relay. Seems to be pretty common.
Shit I want this. http://miami.craigslist.org/brw/cto/2241311671.html RHD s13 hatch, rb20, gt35

bloody hell why are there so little cheap reliable FR cars I mean, like golf mk2 cheap and reliable I mean, I don't really like the old Mercs and BMWs, partly because of their maintenance costs, pretty much the only thing I can get here that would cost about the same as a mint mk2 is this:
how cheap is mk2 cheap
~$3k
and where are you? im guessing the uk or somewhere else european
Russia, hence the Lada. The customs laws are ridiculous here, because of that anything non-domestic costs around twice its real price

Ok so I recently got some money. Rate for what I should buy [img]http://cdn.fpcontent.net/fp/ratings/heart.png[/img] = Rota's = Coilovers (Which won't fit untill I get new wheels anyways)
what do you mean they wont fit
I gave you a heart that stands for fluffy dice for your mirror.
Drop always comes first.
Yeah, coilovers/adjustables first. I'm about to get my EF hatch back and I'll be rocking the OEM first gen CRX Si rims and dropping it til I get something nicer.
240's look badass dropped on anything, even stock wheels just ask blaster
There are a few cars that look badass dropped on anything. Any silvia-based car, any KE-based Corolla, any Subaru wagon... Although with the subie, you can go down or up, either way looks bad as hell. [editline]29th March 2011[/editline] FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF SO EXCITED Getting my EF hatch back in two days. Fuck yes.
integras leave a bad taste in my mouth. a mate had one and the engine died in the middle of the freeway and we got smashed up the rear and crashed into the side barrier
How'd it just die?
it was old as fuck, it was all falling apart. im pretty sure the crank bent and fucked all the pistons.
what do you mean they wont fit
Have you seen my drag tyres?
Yeah, coilovers/adjustables first. I'm about to get my EF hatch back and I'll be rocking the OEM first gen CRX Si rims and dropping it til I get something nicer.
Most people I know who have spent a small fortune on coilovers NEVER adjust them, seems pointless to have coilovers. Yes you can achieve big drops on coilovers but the main point of them is to be used as adjustable suspension for different setups. Why not just buy some shorter shocks and shorter springs if all you want to do is go 40-60mm lower? For a lot less you'll still get good ride quality and a good enough drop.
Shorter shocks and springs are generally much more than a cheap set of coilovers, and I tend to adjust a lot when I have them, because I swap wheels often and gap on two sets of wheels is generally never the same, which bugs me. Granted, for those who have a nice set of rims and want good ride quality, I totally agree with you. But I'm finicky about things like this so personally I do coilovers. It's a personal preference rather than anything.
Have you seen my drag tires?
Most coilovers should allow you to ride at the stock height. Also nice set of rims and ride quality is irrelevant if you don't buy shitty coilovers. If I set the damper adjustment to '1' then my car will ride close to stock. Even at '22' the ride is not bad at all.
