yes... holy fucking shit
I saw that on Jalopnik and was like.. what the actual fuck.
i watched that video on jalopnik and it made me jump more than anything ever has before in my life.
the noise it makes is terrifying
and the worst part is the whole video is focused on the truck doing absolutely nothing so you're concentrating on something wrong with the truck and BAM!!!!1 2x4 out of nowhere
Why would you even record that? Randomly start recording a truck
I love the fact that after I put in the right sized plugs for my car and start getting good performance out of it, it dies......
Why would you even record that? Randomly start recording a truck
The driver said that she was recording them playing a "cat-and-mouse game" and she was going to send it to the companies the trucks belonged to
Why would you even record that? Randomly start recording a truck
Saw that video on the news and they said she was recording the truck and the truck pulling the trailer because they were "Playing a Cat and Mouse game trying to pass each other" or something. Then BAM 2x4 in her face. [editline]6th April 2011[/editline]
The driver said that she was recording them playing a "cat-and-mouse game" and she was going to send it to the companies the trucks belonged to
That. [editline]6th April 2011[/editline] Also, My DyNasty passed emissions today, I was sure it was gonna fail. Now I have no more roadblocks between me and my licence! :excited:
Filled up my tank today completely for the first time in a while. $72. Ouch.
WAT. Where the fuck do you live? I payed 2.79 today at a local place.
WAT. Where the fuck do you live? I payed 2.79 today at a local place.
Upstate New York. 91 octane at the cheapest gas station around, 18 gallons. Shit sucks.
Why would you even record that? I'd drive a diesel if gas was that expensive.
Gas is cheaper than Diesel here. :frown: Cheapest Regular within 10 miles: $3.64 a gallon Cheapest Mid within 10 miles: $3.74 a gallon Cheapest Premium within 10 miles: $3.81 a gallon Cheapest Diesel within 10 miles: $4.03 No one sells E85 near me, and the only place that sells Bio Diesel is a Truck stop. [editline]6th April 2011[/editline] Found a Gas station 31 miles away that has Diesel for $3.73 and the best price for Regular is 37 miles away at $3.58. [editline]6th April 2011[/editline] Oh, I filled my tank up with the gas light on at a shell for about $54 about 3 weeks ago, I wanna say it was ~$3.50 for regular.
Woah, that must be murder. I'd drive a diesel if gas was that expensive.
Uh with diesel it'd be about $160 or even more than gas sometimes
Uh with diesel it'd be about $160 or even more than gas sometimes
what prismatex just said. diesel goes a lot further than petrol.
premium is $4 here
So for a summer project/something better to do than sit around and rot I've taken the liberty of tooling with a (don't exactly know the year but it's between 1966-1968, I'll say 1967 for now) 1967 ford mustang. It is missing the distributor, has a 2 barrel carb, and is rusted to hell. There is pretty much no driver side floor, rust around the rear wheels wells, and is missing parts left and right. I've yet to get into the trunk as there is no lock but from the looks of it there may be a big chache of parts in the trunk. I'm unsure of what the engine is, it is solid blue, inside the air cleaner is a orange filter, on the valve covers it says ford power or something along the line, has a 2 barrel carb, and the exhaust manifold exits towards the rear. (unlike dodge ones where they exit in the middle) All I remember from the last time I checked, basically I need to know what engine this car is packing. That and where do I start, I don't imaging putting any money into this, it's not even mine to begin with; it belongs to a friend of my dads friend and has been sitting on our farm for around 5+ years, In those 5 years the guy stopped buy maybe once or twice to see it but has no intentions to fix it. The entire front clip is rust free pretty much, there is a new fender on the driver side, I forget about the passenger one, the hood is off a cyan colored mustang and has a dent near the front of it, it's missing the grille and headlights, the trunk is rust free, as well as the roof and doors too (little unsure), the interior is mostly there; it has a complete passenger door sitting on the rear seat, but the interior panel on it is different, the driver seat has a small rip in it, rear seat and passenger is perfect, headliner has a couple rat holes, steering wheel is not bolted on, dash is a bit ratty, missing some components here and there, I don't know about the underside and I don't want to look. Tools and time is not a problem, I mainly work on dodges so this will be a little different for me. Based on the given information I need to know what the engine is, and where do I start aside from getting the trunk open. Picture of the car if it was fully restored, same paint, body style and everything. [editline]7th April 2011[/editline] I'll look into getting pictures of it some time soon.
NEW YORK (CNN/Money) – Gasoline prices in the United States, which have recently hit record highs, are actually much lower than in many countries. Drivers in some European cities, like Amsterdam and Oslo, are paying nearly 3 times more than those in the U.S.
Yeeeah This is the most recent updated one I could find:
The World’s Most Expensive Gas: Asmara, Eritrea: $9.59/gallon Oslo, Norway: $7.41/gallon Copenhagen, Denmark: $6.89/gallon Hong Kong: $6.87/gallon Monaco, Monte Carlo: $6.82/gallon The World’s Cheapest Gas: Caracas, Venezuela: 6 cents/gallon Tehran, Iran: 32 cents/gallon Riyadh, Saudi Arabia: 45 cents/gallon Kuwait City, Kuwait: 85 cents/gallon Cairo, Egypt: $1.17/gallon

Yeeeah This is the most recent updated one I could find:
Brb moving to Venezuela. Holy shit 6 cents a gallon? [editline]7th April 2011[/editline] Actually, maybe to Saudi Arabia.
There's a news article on Venezuela, they all drive like american cars from the 1950s
There's a news article on Venezuela, they all drive like american cars from the 1950s
Same for Cuba, mainly because of the embargo.
Well if gas cost more than 6 cents a gallon they couldn't afford to drive their cars. :v:
I'd move down there with the greatest gas guzzler of them all and use it as a daily driver :allears:
