Going to paint my calipers in the summer but do you really have to wait a day for the paint to fully dry? I can't afford to have my car off-road for a whole day :( What if I leave it over night then hammer the brakes to heat them up and bake the paint on?

You can't even let it stay at home for one day? I wish I could drive my car less. Gas prices are killing me.

Just let it sit overnight. Painted calipers are overrated anyway. It looks cheap unless you paint them black or silver. Only high performance two-pots (i.e. Baer) or four-pots and above really look good painted.
