Haha. I really want this: http://tulsa.craigslist.org/cto/2335733965.html
It's one of those... Guilty pleasure cars. I want to get it just because it's so tiny and... I don't know. It just appeals to me. I could probably carry the damn thing in my pocket.
Regardless it's still a shitbox. lol.
don't dis the festivas. that was my first car :v: they are awesome
New page and no answer, anybody?
Keep it original.
Wow, they didn't even bother to even make a 3D model of the car. They just did a (bad, very bad) photoshop of the Solstice.
Psst, it's not an official picture. They haven't even confirmed it yet.
Yea, I was thinking the same as to why it fed all cylinders. I know my BB line only feeds 4 out of the 6 which is why I'm going to send another 1/3 of a can through the PCV and some deep creep down the TB. (only did BB line when I did it the first time). Possibly even remove both intake manifold and TB to clean them myself.
Funny thing about PCV valve, yesterday I was trying to remove the nipple on the valve cover so I could switch it to my new one. It's a metal thing about and inch and a half long and it's pressed in, you can pull it out with enough force. So I put the nipple in a vice and pulled up REALLY hard on the valve cover.
Well, I was looking over it for some dumb reason and it finally popped off. The valve cover smacked me directly in the forehead and knocked me dumb for a second. Then I felt a small trickle down my forehead... then it started just gushing blood. All down my face, and I left a nice cookie-crumb trail of blood to the bathroom. It was a nice gash about 3/4 inch in my forehead just below my hair line, I probably should have got stitches but I didn't want to go to the hospital because I just finished working on the car and the PCV valve was all that was left in order to drive it. lol
lol. O u pcv valve. y u so a bitch.
Me. Got mine at 17 and I'm 19 now. Still have my permit. Should have my license by now, but when I took the test 2 weeks ago I was retarded and went 40 in a 35, insta fail.
Where i live, Queensland, Australia, the test for your licence is so easy.
LEARNER drivers will be allowed to speed up to five times during their driving test and still pass under a new testing regime in Queensland.
Speeding was the leading cause of death on Queensland roads in the past year but it will continue to be permitted during the practical tests following a state government review of the assessment process, The Courier-Mail reports.
The new criteria, coming into effect on Monday, means drivers can travel at up to 5km/h over the limit on five occasions during the 30-minute test. At present they are allowed to exceed the limit by up to nine per cent three times during a test, before failing.
The Queensland driver test also allows examinees to stall six times before failing, steer with one hand on six occasions and fail to indicate six times. Drivers can also fail to start the engine five times and pass
I've said it time and time again. 9 times out of 10, it's not the speed that directly causes the accident, it's the lack of driver concentration. Unless you're hammering along at 100+mph on the back roads and go off into a ditch, but I hate how governments focus on speed when the majority who do speed only break the limit by a small amount; 80 in a 70 for exmaple. Focus on training drivers properly instead of fining drivers for being a few mph over the limit and switch speed cameras off at night when the roads are dead.

You wish.
And so does everyone else, but that's the U.S. Fed. Gov't for ya.
5 km/h over is not speeding.
I don't know about you guys, but here the usual speed you go is the speed limit +15-20 km/h and we're still one of the safer countries to drive in. It's not the speed that kills, it's irresponsible drivers.

I think on you UK motorways you get a small threshold over the limit until it's classed as speeding.

I wish the United States would realize this.
Same here, 5mph over is nothing, but when you go 10+ is when the cops get you.
Speaking of tickets, my brother once got a $90 ticket for driving on Clam beds.
It's not the speed that kills, it's irresponsible drivers.
In that case we should make it illegal for anyone living in New Jersey to drive and then we can safely raise the speed limit.
Oh, and by the way Conker - :smug:
My brother got a ticket that didn't say how much or when it was due to pay. Because of that, he had his license suspended.

Huh. Didn't know the new Camaro was a Zeta.
Yeah the Camaros and the Firebirds were made with same body platform so they've always looked really similar.

Tickets don't say how much they are or when you have to pay them. Generally they'll have the ticket number, the phone number of the courthouse, and thedate it was given. You've got something like 60-90 days to pay it off or you get a warrant, and depending on the charge could lose your license.
To figure out how much it is, call the courthouse and tell them you need to check how much a ticket is, give them the number of the ticket. They'll generally have the ticket accounted for withint ~3 days and will be able to tell you how much it is, usually it's the next day though.
I've been there one or two times. So I pretty much know how the system works now. lol.

The officer gave him a blank ticket. The only thing it had was the date and time of the offense. Meh, I don't really care though. It's not my problem.
Got a day off work and I'm up at 7:40 to go to the gym, hit a 20 mile bike ride afterwards and then detail the Lude. Man I need to get a life!

Date and time is all you need. Call the courthouse that is in the region the ticket was given in and read the number off the ticket (they all have numbers, they're printed on there, not written). If it doesn't have the number on the ticket, use google. Or god forbid, a phonebook.
But yeah, not like you have to worry about it *shrug* just giving advice to anyone who might get in the same situation.
bradley needs to do some goddamn tyte drifitin in gta with me and turke
It drift up the airport parking garage in the Sentinel.
My mom wants to sell the X5 in order to buy me a car that I can have to myself and for her to get one. Up until now, it's been my daily commuter and she works out of home, driving it occasionally (i bought the thing for around 10,000) The thing is, she's got 30k she's going to spend PLUS half of what the X5 is worth 20k hopefully since I've fixed the problems.
So she wants to buy a 5 or 7 series for her daily commuting and I'm looking for something like a GOOD S13/14 or a Supra, there have been some nice deals offered to me on supraforums since i've been posting a bit more there.
Lemon, what problems should I look for on a S13?

When looking for a good S13 don't look for an S13.
Kidding, S13's are pretty awesome. :3

wiring quirks on swapped cars, rust in the hatch area and framerails, and messed up core supports.
How much are you looking to spend? cuz if it's like $10,000 you can buy a baller-ass s13. S13's with every single part on them replaced, like 350/400whp on a built engine, on coilovers with baller wheels, go for like $13,000 at the most
