Should lock up both. Though really it depends on how good the back brakes are. Generally not that good.

the lancer is probably the worst choice there.
mazda and subaru both still have as much involvement with the enthusiast part of cars as a carmaker can these days. Ever since mitsubishi killed off the Evo, or said they're going all EV or whatever, they've died in my eyes.
Since I am going to be a car owner soon, I'd appreciate some advice for when I get the car. Also, I have boiled it down to five choices: BMW, Honda, Nissan, Volkswagen, or Volvo. Which of these cars do you guys recommend?
