Do they make Haynes Manuals for RX-7's? :v:
[editline]4th May 2011[/editline]
Yes. Yes they do.

Thanks guys, I will check out that haynes manual although it's still going to take a while until I got enough money to buy the car. :) Guess the manual itself won't be that useful to me if I haven't got any thing to try it on yet. haha. :v:

Also, my dad's got a bit of extra money, and he's hinting at getting me a late "Hey, you didn't fuck up your first year in college like I did" gift.

Okay need some help. Recently my brakes went from being normal, to now they don't do anything until they are pushed about 3/4 way down, then the brakes kick in. Any ideas?
If no shimmies when you brake, low fluid. If shimmies, bad rotor or disks. If you have a vehicle with ABS, it could be that infernal device just fucking with you.
[editline]4th May 2011[/editline]
Also, do you have to pump the brakes?
My brakes are warped/out of round. I'll buy some when I get paid I guess. It stops, but they squeak really bad and there's a bit of wobble.
bleed the mutha fuckas

Okay no shimming and I already check the brake fluid.
Rotors and brakes have just been replaced.
Master brake cylinder just got replaced and it has abs.
Also it should have already been bled since the brakes were done by a shop. (Parents won't let me replace them myself)
Honestly, shops will fuck up from time to time. Call them and ask them if they bled your brakes. They'll probably say "yes," but bring it down there anyways if your parents won't let you do it yourself.

Already took it back, and they rechecked everything. I had taken it in for the master brake cylinder, which didn't fix it and so I took it back and the rechecked everything and said nothing is wrong.
:iiam:
Well, you have clearly angered the machine spirits. I suggest lighting incense.
May not buy that S4. 2.7T mpgs: 15 city 22 highway
dear god.

almost 100% sure you need to bleed the brakes
look it up online and convince your parents to let you do it. you'll need a friend to help.

What I have seen is I might have to bleed the abs. I read it somewhere not sure how to do it but I will see.

Buy a car with a unique engine, then swap in a generic (and small)Chevy Small block. I bet it's fast as shit though.

Hell, that's my mileage in the Dodge Dakota SLT. Again, Full time AWD can be a bitch on your wallet sometimes.
I recognize all of this, but I can chip a 1.8T to make the same power as the 2.7T stock, and get 24mpg around town with AWD. and 32+ highway.
After chipping?
