If you must know there were a lot of fat zombies which you would probably see as "Boomers". These people failed to obey the first rule of Zombies - Cardio. But no, there were no direct references to L4D. Blizzard got their money in by making the kid play WoW, that's about it. That and Twinkies.
Besides this movie is too awesome for L4D.

I just got back from watching Zombieland, and it was the best motherfucking movie ever.
I enjoyed it for 3 reasons.
1. Emma Stone
2. Great characters
3. The survivors were realistic and knew how to kill a zombie for once.
