Maybe he had some bullshit aug that saved him at the end.
Also was there any indication at the end of the game that what we were trying to do actually happened? I remember the game jumping immediately to Adam's monologue right as we decide the ending

If you choose [sp] destroy Panchea then you get blackscreen, noises of everything going down, Elisa saying "it was nice working with you" and then it cuts to monologue, other three remaining options just cut to monologue straight away[/sp]

The Panchea [sp]probably collapsed regardless of your choice because you destroyed the computer which was said to be constantly monitoring and managing water pressure levels around it. I think that's the explanation they will go with, I doubt canon Adam would just kill all those innocent people on it.[/sp]

What I'm getting is that while Interpol is ostensibly neutral, their current focus is augmented terrorists. It would be mighty awkward if they stuff a bunch of new hardware into this new augmented guy that no one trusts.

About Jensen getting upgrades and nobody trusts him, [sp]worth noting that Interpol itself knows that Jensen is all good because of The Missing Link - they called in a rescue chopper for scientists of the facility that was creating people for use in Hyron Project(the computer at end of the game)[/sp]

Hopefully they'll address that, from all the trailers and what not it seems the cautious or on-the-fence people like [sp]MacCready[/sp] are played more of not distrusting Adam but are played as devil's advocates while still being allies with Adam.
I think one of biggest things that attracts me to Mankind Divided is how they handle the situation through which Adam basically tried to resolve and was there at the source of it[sp] by that I mean finding Hugh Darrow and talking to him about how he turned every augmented person with the chip into a zombie or a killer even[/sp] like, the entire world sees him as a threat yet only you as a player and Jensen himself know exactly what happened and that aug people aren't the problem, in fact. Since there is no word on [sp]Taggart, Darrow or Sarif actually being alive and be there to say "yo this is what really happened" apparently the world was left to believe that "it just happened, augmented people a maniacs"?[/sp]

[sp]Well to be honest, the final boss room and the choice chamber right behind it are next to a rather fast elevator in the open pit of Panchea that got you down there in the first place, and I wouldn't be surprised if the sounds playing up in HR's self-destruct ending are just playing that fast to emphasize the destruction.[/sp]

Looks like the environment will deteriorate, you can choose factions/people you trust and depending on how you play (kill, sneak) affects the outcome of how the guy reacts to you.

I recently replayed HR going full lethal with loud guns but always staying out of sight. The constant cat and mouse game was pretty fun.
Replaying HR I couldn't help but feel like most of the levels outside of the hubs were pretty boring.
