This reminds me of myself when I was in like, the 5th grade.
Then I realized that stepping outside social boundaries and screaming like a intellectually backwards retard causes people to not want to be around you.
When no-one said anything after he initially yelled "DO THE HARLEM SHAKE!!!", he could have just shut up and played it off with a laugh. But he had to keep pushing it to the point where he looked like even MORE of an idiot.
People like this make me cringe. I feel bad for him, but only to an extent.
