I'm not sure if its the hair or the jacket, but if someone who has never seen a picture of Mustaine saw that picture, I wouldn't be surprised if their first thought was he was a woman.
He looks pretty feminine in that picture.
May just be because he doesn't have that awesome sneer-smile thing going on, though.
