Ok, so we got Edward with the flamethrower, child eater, crazy mastermind, and of course Rockethead and Gabriel. Gee, that's one fucked up resistance.
I don't know if it's a good idea, it just popped in my head. But what about a military experiment that uses a high tech cloak thingy that makes him invisible to the untrained eye? And he has either escaped the military lab, Or he is an enemy to the resistance.

I decided to draw a weapon/attachment because of this thread. It attaches to the arm and cuts like a motherfucker. The blades can extend, causing more distruction, or it can fire out on a chain.

In this city, being found without a chip means death. The bar is hidden, so you can't really report that unless you want to be killed.
If all this people is needed so is a Ride.
