only reason to keep holding onto a console is for this game. would play like shit on a pc anyway.
Not if the max payne 3 team is working on the port.
I really hope there is a grove street easter egg, just a throwback to San Andreas
Max Payne 3 was really well optimized and I have full faith in Rockstar that they won't fuck up the PC version, they've learnt from their mistakes.
I didn't think I would like Trevor, but he's probably my favorite character right now.
This better have a PC version. I know every other GTA game eventually made it but with the poor port of 4 I am thinking they might not even bother this time around. Though I guess considering how well Max Payne and LA Noir did it would make financial sense.
Is it just me or does Trevor kind of look like Jack Nicholson?
I really hope there is a grove street easter egg, just a throwback to San Andreas
So do I. I wouldn't want to see Sweet or CJ or anyone, but just a subtle nod would be nice, like some OGF graffiti. Incidentally, the guy at 1:18 who jumps over the bonnet of that car is wearing purple... Balla?
I really hope there is a grove street easter egg, just a throwback to San Andreas
it'd be pretty crazy if like if grove street became a wealthy culdesac
it'd be pretty crazy if like if grove street became a wealthy culdesac
Or a shopping district. They should have another Bloods and Cripz copy in GTA, and place the leader in an identical Grove Street
I am thinking they might not even bother this time around.
Every 3D GTA PC title was announced Q2 of the year of it's console release, and released Q4 the same year or Q1 the next year. You thinking otherwise wise won't change that fact. GTA started and has always been on the PC, and always will.
I hope there's a chainsaw akin to the one in Scarface: TWIY
I'm surprised you guys don't know the song you probably did, but eh.
Been posted about 5 times now.
aw shit i didn't even see it :v: Ah, well, I guess you'll just have to listen to it once more
Having 3 characters kinda ruins the story for me, never gonna be as sweet as san andreas was I guess
It ruins the story for you? This would imply that you've played and or know the story yes? Please tell me the story.
It ruins the story for you? This would imply that you've played and or know the story yes? Please tell me the story.
I can't see how anyone could agree with him, it looks fantastic. Not only that, but having three characters makes it seem more interesting to me. R* said that switching in between them is in a click of a button, and you probably don't have to play as them all.
GTA has never been a PC game, it's really shit on the PC. For me, GTA has always played the best and felt the best on console. I once tried to play San Andreas and GTA4 on the PC, and it was fucking horrible. I don't enjoy it as much as I do when I'm sitting on my comfy sofa, controller in hand, playing it on a big-ass tv.
Is it sad that I was excited mostly about the fact that the car physics look better? AND stuff explodes better??
I can't wait for the DLC. [t]http://i.imgur.com/ic03p.jpg[/t]
That is so perfect. It's amazing
Is it just me or does Trevor kind of look like Jack Nicholson?
yeah, nicholson just has a bit wider mouth iirc
Also, is it me or does Trevor have a slight Buzz Lightyear-ish voice when he says "Jesus, your therapist has a lot to answer for"
Incidentally, the guy at 1:18 who jumps over the bonnet of that car is wearing purple... Balla?
I don't know about that but at :40 there is some Balla graffiti on the bench.
This is the first game I've actually been genuinely excited for in quite some time. Sure, I'll anticipate some games that look good, but this is on a totally different level.

I think both GTA: SA and GTA: IV play perfectly fine on PC; though the helicopter controls in IV are less than desirable I enjoyed them both; plus the modding capabilities is a big seller. You can still play PC games on a big ass TV while sitting on your couch. Really all it takes is plugging your tower in next to your TV using an HDMI/DVI cable. Most games have controller support; and to top it off Steam has their Steam Play Beta out.
I wonder if... sharks... What's a fully explorable ocean without a few sea predators?

And guess what, you can game ont he PC and sit on a comfy couch, controller in hand and play on A big ass TV.
Okay so I read there are 3 protagonists and you can choose and switch between them. How does that not fuck up the storytelling?
Okay so I read there are 3 protagonists and you can choose and switch between them. How does that not fuck up the storytelling?
Switch between them in free roam and it is predetermined who you play is in the missions.
Okay so I read there are 3 protagonists and you can choose and switch between them. How does that not fuck up the storytelling?
Because the whole story is centered around all three of them working together.
