For many video games, the main target audience is men, so the player is male trying to save a female. Some video games however are tailored to women, such as Cooking Mama, but us men do not complain that that the game is sexist in that men can cook too, because they know the game is not tailored to them. What this lady is doing is flying to a foreign country and saying all of their cultural traditions are wrong and terrible, and ladies and gentleman, is why this lady is an idiot.
