being gay is perfectly natural what are you on about there will never bee 100% gay people :I
As far as 'political correctness' goes, it's the simple fact that if we were all gay, we'd become extinct. I'm not saying it's wrong, but it's not really right either.
do keep in mind that there is no master blueprint for humans we have DNA, but that is by no means the official blueprint for any other person's DNA, since they all came about in the same way
As far as 'political correctness' goes, it's the simple fact that if we were all gay, we'd become extinct. I'm not saying it's wrong, but it's not really right either.
That's probably why everyone is not gay; the population would never survive. The idea that everyone can be gay in a population defies evolution, and it's kinda stupid that that kind of thing would ever happen. If we were all to be gay, I'm pretty sure we'd know about the oncoming extinction of the population as well; i'm also sure that a few people might get together and make babies to save the human race, in spite of their sexuality. Saying homosexuality is not right is also incorrect, depending on your definition of right; for example, i might not think it may be right to force underage children to go to school every day, but entire countries disagree with me- they think it's perfectly acceptable. Just because you think something isn't right does not mean everyone thinks it's not right, especially when you're talking about people themselves that are involved in this.
Are we really that dense and stupid? Gays are as old as mankind itself and throughout the years, and now that we FINALLY decide to let them have a marriage like any other citizen it will suddenly be turned into a world wide fashion? That IS stupid! We will certainly see more gay couples in the streets, but hey, they were always there and didn't become gay just cause the system says it's ok. There are lots of heterosexual people out there who would love to have a baby of their own no matter how gay the world is, and i mean Thousands, milions and billions of people! We will also have people engaging in other sexual experiences and being more open about their sexuality instead of living in the eternal weirdness of the dark age of sex. People will feel more secure about their sexuality if they learn to accept gays and gay experiences in their lives. For example, having a gay experience doesn't make anyone gay and in some cases people need that experience to be sure of what they really want. People need to stop thinking that once you do as you're expected the system will shake your hand and say "congratulations, you are now a successful heterosexual business man with a house, a car, a sexy beautiful wife and 2 lovely children." It's ridiculous. It still sickens me how politicians, religious people and adults in general try to find excuses to deny the existence of homosexuals as normal loving and caring people. PS - Also, homosexuals are the greatest singers!

Everything.
Da Jesta is a troll, is a troll. Don't IP ban him though (reason: http://www.facepunch.com/threads/1119127?p=33665759&viewfull=1#post33665759 and next page) Gays? Nothing is wrong with them, it's like being different is wrong. Being different ISN'T wrong, especially with gays/lesbians/bisexuals. Really, the people who think there's something wrong with them aren't very smart.
I'm not trolling, you're just awful. Like gays. P.S BAN ME (User was permabanned for this post ("Wants to be banned" - Asaratha)) (User was permabanned for this post ("wants to be banned" - GunFox))

Just ban his user. I think that's how works right RIGHT???
I don't have an issue with them so long as they're not the annoying kind of gays. You know the type, the kind that dye their hair rainbows and wear makeup and carry purses and generally go around practically screaming "HEY LOOK AT ME, LOOK AT HOW GAY I AM". Like this one sophomore in my school.
-snipped like a kike's dick-

I really don't care either way about gays. I'm not one to fight for them, or against them. I usually choose to just leave it alone, like everything is normal.
I dont have any problem with gays. I dont know why people do.
I dont have any problem with gays. I dont know why people do.
I have a theory that it's related to Freud's theory of the uncanny. It's something that's familiar (the concept of a codependent romantic relationship) While at the same time unfamiliar (A partnering of two of the same sex) Which while common, has been repressed in our minds

I think a lot of hate on gays comes from religious sources. I consider myself a Christian but don't have any problems with gay people. According to the Bible, all sins are equal. If homosexuality is a sin, it's no worse than fornication. I came to this thread after seeing Rick Perry's new ad. If he says it's wrong for gays to openly server in the military, he should also say it's wrong for fornicators, liars, thieves, and those with lust and greed in their hearts to openly serve in the military.
There is nothing wrong with gays, they are human. The government should not discriminate or be involved in their sexuality.
A few of my friends are somewhat homophobic. Whenever someone brings up homosexuality they usually express their views in a civil manner. Sometimes, one of them goes a little overboard and says that gay people are disguising and putrid. Funny thing is, he claims he disagrees with everything Christianity stands for. My friend is odd when it comes to stuff like this, and it's painfully apparent that he isn't an atheist yet he spouts that he is one almost every day. But my views on gays? I honestly don't care what they do. I don't care if someone is gay, the same level that I don't care if someone is straight. People should be allowed to love and marry those who they wish, regardless of petty morality.
I think there has been a lot of progress when it comes to gay rights and fighting homophobia. I'm gay, but I usually don't get genuinely harassed. I have before, but I've seen more support than hate and I think it's inspiring. Some people are completely used to it, and have other gay friends. Some people are bewildered because they don't ever meet anyone gay, and usually express their support (sometimes awkwardly). Homophobia is still outwardly present in older people of past generations, but that's to be expected. As newer generations replace older ones, I believe homophobia will be less of an issue. However, a lot of dumb things have been brought up in this thread so I want to address them: Gay accents/lisps: I know quite a few gays who have higher and feminine voices, there is no real reason for this. I used to talk a bit more like a girl when I was in middle school, but I don't ever talk feminine or girly unless I'm shitfaced and fucking around. Having a feminine voice is just one of those effeminate traits that some gay guys pick up. I don't have a lisp or a high voice, I appear and talk pretty masculine. However, I don't mind when my flamboyant friends talk, I don't have some weird hatred like some people. I love a lot of my flamboyant friends, they're usually a lot of fun to be with. Children: Having 2 fathers or 2 mothers is better than having no parents at all. Ask someone who's been adopted by gay parents and get a real opinion. And as to be expected, having gay parents does not effect your sexuality.

I was drunk and they were telling me how they hadn't come out to their parents yet, and I started ranting about how 'NO ONE SHOULD HAVE TO LIVE IN FEAR COME ON MY GOOD FRIEND MATTY BOY WE'RE CALLING THEM NOW AND TELLING THEM' and I kept trying to get his phone to call his parents. I had to apologize profusely for that, I felt like such a dick afterwards
I can't bare those super campo "Oh I'm so gay" mincing around types. Aka, stereotype. I find them an embarrassment to be with and around.
I can't bare those super campo "Oh I'm so gay" mincing around types. Aka, stereotype. I find them an embarrassment to be with and around.
I quite like them, they're fun as hell to drink with and act stupid
I quite like them, they're fun as hell to drink with and act stupid
Oh after a drink, I become that stereotype. And I'm not that far off without a drink.
I can't bare those super campo "Oh I'm so gay" mincing around types. Aka, stereotype. (I'm sure some do) but you don't really see a whole lot of heterosexuals flaunting they're sexuality. (Because it's the norm.)

Gays should not be allowed to marry. Gays should be burned and killed. *this does not include lesbians, as they are hot. Buuut, due to shitty laws and stuff, we can't burn gays. So instead, we dont let gays get married, and instead, they can get another form of marriage, called "butt-buddies". Instead of "bride" and "groom", they will be called "butt-buddies". Instead of "man" and "wife", they will be called "butt-buddies". (User was banned for this post ("Homophobia or just dumb - Ban history" - Craptasket))
