This isn't aimed at you necessarily as much as everyone who makes this same kind of post.
But why the hell do all of you have to add, 'as long as they don't [interact sexually] with me they can have their rights' or a variation of that? You talk like homosexuals are some kind of lesser being who don't deserve your company or are some kind of sexual deviant race that wants to sexually assault everything that breathes.
Why the hell would it matter if a gay guy started flirting with you? If anything you should take it as a complement. What are you going to do, punch him in the face or something? You could just politely say, 'haha I enjoy your company but I am straight, sorry'.

Seriously, we judge the harshest of all appearance wise. If you get a compliment on how you look from a gay man, you're doing it right.
They are not bad, but all I want to say is that when around a gay or gays the situation can get awkward. I had to room with a gay and it was weird to change in our room. Also when people say that's so gay around a gay they don't like it. Just sayin

In the land of getting shit done, where people get mud on their boots and broken fingers are a routine occurrence, women change around straight guys all the fucking time, and nobody gives a shit about it because they transcended these strange taboos out of necessity. It's not that big a deal when you realize you have absolutely no reason to care about who sees you in your underwear.
I recently went to Paris as part of a college trip. My bisexual friend got yelled at because some chick didn't want to share the room in case 'she got raped'. This kind of attitude is really common amongst homophobic people (even if they're not explicitly aware of their homophobia).
I never really got the point of separating changing rooms and restrooms by gender anyway. If you divide by sexuality, where the fuck do the bisexual people go? Stop trying to "protect" everyone from everyone else and put them in the same damn room and make them deal with it. Any problems that arise are because of bigots and idiots that shouldn't be there in the first place.

There's actually no specific law against using the "wrong" washroom, at least here (in fact there is usually a third washroom designed for handicap use which is not gender-specific)
Of course if you're in there specifically to look at someone else's genitals or otherwise be a creep you can be charged
