• Gays - Seriously, what's wrong about them?

I never found anything wrong with them, even before I figured out that I was bisexual. What made me angry today was that, during a 6 person (including me) debate, I threw in "Do you support gay rights?" as a question, since most of them were christian (I'm agnostic). Half of them answered "no" to that question. What the hell? Even the one of the nicest girls in the school didn't support gay rights.
Care to elaborate?
He probably has thin walls.
The only thing gays can hope for is that we fucntional normal humans condone them. At the moment the western nations government agenda is very pro-gays, but I wish for that it will be the exact opposite in the near future. All this "tolerate and love-happy happy joy joy" is more defective to a functional society then the ethical price of treating those damn minorities as what they are - abnormal.

We should force all minorities to be just like the majority. Go Fascism!!!
That's a great idea. We should force all minorities to be just like the majority. Go Fascism!!!
FAIL. Fascism = Extermination of ethnic or other minorities Democracy = Majority rules. Minority bows and follows.
he didn't back up any of his claims and is saying all he can to aggravate without being obvious do not respond [editline]25th January 2012[/editline]
Homosexuality? I thought we weren't in pre-sodom & gomorrah times anymore...
also i'm curious why this guy wasn't re-banned [editline]25th January 2012[/editline]
One rule I would like to enforce is that if you're debating and state something as a fact - if challenged you need to produce proof. If you can't you get banned.

The only thing gays can hope for is that we fucntional normal humans condone them.
Gays don't want straight people to do anything. That's the key point. They want to be treated and have the same rights as everybody else.
FAIL. Fascism = Extermination of ethnic or other minorities Democracy = Majority rules. Minority bows and follows.
No. Fascism is an extreme form of nationalism, where minorities are discriminated against and considered subhuman, and generally "degenerative" to the nation. Democracy is rule by the people. It has nothing to do with oppressing the minorities. I do not know about Germany, but here in America we have a Bill of Rights that defends the rights of everyone, including minorities.
Stop getting trolled so easily jesus fucking christ guys.
Interesting thread going on here guys, I have seen a lot of views expressed on the idea of homosexuality and its origin and its effects on society at large. However, what I don't understand is the authority many posters appeal to when attempting to make a point. Like how I view many politicians, I hate it when someone weighs in on an issue that they have no idea about, or if they attempt to draw on uncommon information without some sort of basis for it's authenticity. I am not asking for a specific study but from what I can tell is that many here do not like homosexuality because its a choice or a psychological condition or perhaps even a biological factor yet with no idea why it might be so or any insight into the issue. Is being gay a choice? I say no. Is it a psychological condition? I say no as well. Homosexuality I am sure within a shadow of a doubt a genetic mutation within alleles that are dissimilar in heterosexual individuals, no specific gene or set of genes has been found to date as a sexual preference selector, but homosexuality is observed in nature with anywhere from 10% to 33% of a population exhibiting homosexual or bisexual behavior dependent on species. Other biological factors may also be present such as brain structure and prenatal proteins. But from a withdrawn view of the world, there isn't really a right or a wrong, thus I can't really find much wrong with it, and an appeal to religion as a basis for it being wrong is just foolish, so I say do what ever the hell you want(within that of the law of course, keeps you out of jail), its only natural. And if you want a source for the statistics, just look on wikipedia(yes I know, the dreaded unscholarly wikipedia) there is an interesting page on sexual preferences and genetic studies relating to it.
I say do what ever the hell you want(within that of the law of course,
But the laws are part of the problem. Gay rights is about changing/removing the laws that discriminate against them.
Gay rights is about furthering the Homosexual Agenda.
USA isn't the only country in the world where gay rights is an issue.
But the laws are part of the problem. Gay rights is about changing/removing the laws that discriminate against them.
cause there are just so many such laws. [editline]26th January 2012[/editline] no, their goals are to put legislature into place explicitly defending their rights. There are very few laws that actually discriminate against gays.
In most countries, homosexuals can't marry or adopt. It is forbidden by law. In some places, you can't donate blood. In some places, you can't join the army. In some places homosexuality it is punishable - even by death.
I find it bad when it is stuck down my throat. I don't need to know your sexuality.
I find it bad when it is stuck down my throat. I don't need to know your sexuality.
While I somewhat agree with you, how do you think I feel having to deal with heterosexuality being stuck down my throat everywhere I go?
While I somewhat agree with you, how do you think I feel having to deal with heterosexuality being stuck down my throat everywhere I go?
Yep, goes both ways.
While I somewhat agree with you, how do you think I feel having to deal with heterosexuality being stuck down my throat everywhere I go?
I do get a little annoyed by that too; so I agree with you. Flaunting sexuality of either hetero or homo, will cause offence.
Am I the only one who doesn't care at all if someone is flaunting their sexuality? If anything it's just fun because it adds more flavors to an otherwise stale society where everybody looks and acts the same. Don't be so uptight, geez..
I mean, I love gay people.
ERM. Does that mean you're gay or are you just sayin...
Have you guys ever noticed that people like to use this disclaimer a lot: "I have gay friends" whenever they criticize some aspect of homosexuality?
Have you guys ever noticed that people like to use this disclaimer a lot: "I have gay friends" whenever they criticize some aspect of homosexuality?
Like when people say "I'm not racist...", you can tell the next thing they say will be.
He probably has thin walls.
realtalk, having really loud gay sex owns i did it at a party once. then a dude walked in and started playing guitar for us
realtalk, having really loud gay sex owns i did it at a party once. then a dude walked in and started playing guitar for us
I would love to have a guy follow me around and play my theme music.
It would be awkward to have a dude play guitar while you fuck a guy in the ass. o_o
Someone finding something awkward or offensive is entirely subjective and shouldn't dictate the behavior of others. I also agree that we're far too uptight about sexuality in our culture when it's almost entirely unhealthy to have such an attitude. It's puritanical and outdated. That being said, he just walked in and started playing while you were going at it?
That being said, he just walked in and started playing while you were going at it?
Yeah it was pretty rad. Another dude came in later and was like "I know you guys are faking it!!" then backed out again toot quick.
Honestly, all my ex girlfriends are lesbians now.
Tells us a lot about you. [editline]26th January 2012[/editline] I'm gonna come right out and say it. I am bisexual. I really don't see a difference between me and my heterosexual friends....
