I remember reading Tom Six made it black and white to mesh with this new villain/hero. The first movie was in colour, focused and relatively slow paced like Dr. Heiter's character. This one is black and white and slightly unsteady so as to convey a more grimy, dirty feel.
I seen the one that I assume is cut, Basically it does have[sp]Sandpaper fapping[/sp]and[sp]A baby being in it[/sp]but it does not, have one scene that I know of..The[sp]Barbwired anal sex[/sp]scene.
I want to watch it :(

You have to register to the site. I go here all the time now that I live in China. It's really hard to just find a movie here in English. On the links the people post, there will usually be 1-2 pop ups but it's completely safe.

I think that's what Tom Six (or somebody on the crew) said about him. In the movie he's all sick and twisted and then you hear him talk and he has this totally not fitting voice.
