1-I think it might be "what if this character were X, Y or Z?"
2-shoulder freckles, though associated with someone who probably already has freckles in the first place, are often a result of sunburns, which is why it's on the shoulders and very little else.
3-the artist is still probably way too young, but I've seen some pretty similar ladyparts in that position before. I doubt he doesn't have access to internet porn, and you have to admit there's at least a smidge better work in the anatomy on this than a lot of the other stuff in the thread
4-that picture is awkward regardless
