Go onto the website, click "Add to cart", go through the checkout process and it will give you the option to pay with microsoft points after logging in with the account your Xbox Live gamertag is linked to.

Take it to checkout, it asks you to sign in. Than when it gets you to ask what credit card there's a check box for microsoft points.

Gonna be honest with you, GFWL is actually not that bad I think that the layout is slicker than Steam's.
Ugh finally got it working. Well, I'm happy. Too bad the expansions aren't on the cheap.
