This thread is a nostalgia bomb. I remember we had this old plastic toy train that you could ride with like 10 track pieces, over time though the tracks dried out in my backyard and cracked, eventually there was like 2 of them left and we just sold/got rid of the train. Good times.
I had an UNGODLY amount of those electric cars too, I have no idea why my dad and grandmother kept buying them. I had like 3 of those red power wheel jeeps, a three wheeler that we never got working, it had mickey mouse on it I think, a motorcycle that techinally wasn't a motorcycle because it had two permanent training wheels, a black jeep that was from some obscure brand, and I think that's it. I had two of those [url=http://www.johschroer.nl/images/skelter1.jpg]pedal cart things[/url], one yellow and the other black. I know you guys are probably going to call me a liar, and I don't blame you as I have no pictures of them. We got rid of all of them one summer, 2002 I think, as I was getting into bicycles and stuff and never used them anymore.
One of my fond memories was when I was 7 or 8, I rode my first red electric jeep down the sidewalk all by myself in the morning with my favorite blankies and still in my pajamas, said hi to my friend down the street while still in the jeep and drove back to my house, looking back I guess I was pretty lucky our neighborhood was really friendly back then, someone could have kidnapped me easily.
Another friend of mine had a jeep too, his mom used to put actual car batteries into it so it hauled ASS, like 20-25 MPH or something. He said the motors always went out after a few weeks or something and they just bought another jeep for cheap at a thrift store and did it again. He lived way out in the middle of nowhere in the desert, so he probably had tons of fun going over little jumps and stuff.

An N64. I had a second hand Sega Genesis but it was second hand with two games, one of which was a lightgun shooter minus the lightgun and the other was an American Football game, and sports games were as dull then as they are now (Not to mention American Football is the worst sport ever to be ripped off a real sport or five).
I then got a Playstation. Four years later. I still want an N64. Maybe it was all the NES I played at the play area in the supermarket?
Also a gameboy. All my friends had gameboys, they used to sit in the playground and people would pile around them to watch Pokemon on the tiny screen until the player complained that somebody was in their light, for Gameboys were dark fuckers.
Oh god moonshoes. I got moonshoes for my 8th birthday or something from my grandparents. They remained until recently when the decade old elastic snapped and my little brother just left the now empty shells to bleach in the sun. It made me think of my grandma :sigh:
I did get a mini kitchen but I never really wanted one of those :colbert:
I didnt have any video games until I saved up for two years and bought a game boy advance when I was 7 or 8.
