Mormon doctrine is very strict about marriage. Mormons can't marry non-Mormons, as far as I know there are no exceptions. Also, most Mormons who actively participate in the church will follow the church's guidelines strictly, or they're heavily shamed. So, unless the girl in question is one of those people who claim to be religious but don't regularly attend church and such and aren't really part of their religious community, you're pretty much SOL man.

Mormons actually CAN merry non-mormons, its just less common, same with all religions actually, they'd all like people to merry within there own religion

Mormons are even more crazy than your average catholic or protestant. They're extremely gullible (read up on how Joseph Smith got the golden plates) and have a lot of weird rules that makes no sense (They can't drink anything with coffeine because it's addictive).
