To be honest OP, you went ahead and fed the troll. You kept replying to his visitor messages with an angry attitude, it was clear he was attempting to get you upset, if you'd spend a second googling how to deal with stalkers it would be clear to just ignore him, but you didn't. Also I'm sure you are aware that rating spams are a bannable offense considering you've been on the site for a couple of years (way longer than me), you could've atleast talked to a moderator about that. You also even linked your tumblr publicly after you knew he was stalking you on facepunch. The least you can do right now is try to ignore him and get on with your life.

Stalkers will continue to do their shit even if you ignore them, there's a reason why they are stalking you, and they won't give up that easily.

In like my first two years of FP I had a stalker who found my Facebook, saved all my pictures, and then tried to sell them to other FP members. He was banned pretty quickly though. That being said, most bans done because of harassment are under mod discretion, which means it depends on the moderator that is asked to handle it. So.. You know. Keep that in mind when you're looking for someone to go to.

The "shits and giggles" ones are usually just harassment on anything they can find you on, but def. occur more often. It's actually kind of insane how often either occur. It shouldn't happen at all. I don't think it's ever serious enough to actually need support for it. The most advice you can give is "ignore them." Which is absolutely what you should do. Talk about it with a friend, not other FP members, and then realize how silly [the harrasser(s)] they are and ignore it. I can't stress that enough. I was doxxed by FP members, I got over it. Just remember they can't post any of it on FP for very obvious reasons. Unless you were totally vilified for some reason, there is very little harm that information will do.

And even then, why would you want to get involved in other people's drama? I for one wouldn't want to consume valuable time evaluating every single situation. It would be so exhausting. Before complaining about the mods in such a poor manner, you could at least try to understand their side a little bit.
