Good, this has never ever been funny, unless you suffer from autism. It's like pewdiepie crap. (User was banned for this post ("Why reply?" - SteveUK))
A little off-topic, but I really miss Litfuse Films. Combine Nation was the best.
Honestly, I much prefer Civil Protection to Combine Nation. CP is relatively minimalistic but actually fairly funny, while I always found CN to be overproduced and not really all that funny. It's like all the effort went into the editing.
i never realized scott made freemans mind consist of purely rape jokes
My favorite part of Freeman's Mind was the Gordon facecam.
Only took 7 years :v:
Duke Nukem Forever came out, Black Mesa Source came out, and now Freeman's Mind is done. I seriously wonder what next long-running thing will come out before Half Life 3.
Duke Nukem Forever came out, Black Mesa Source came out, and now Freeman's Mind is done. I seriously wonder what next long-running thing will come out before Half Life 3.
Doom 4?
Duke Nukem Forever came out, Black Mesa Source came out, and now Freeman's Mind is done. I seriously wonder what next long-running thing will come out before Half Life 3.
Lost Alpha for STALKER also came out. Had the same community reaction as Duke Nukem Forever too.
Duke Nukem Forever came out, Black Mesa Source came out, and now Freeman's Mind is done. I seriously wonder what next long-running thing will come out before Half Life 3.
The Last Guardian. Maybe.
If he does continue Civil Protection, I hope he can transition over to SFM.
I highly, highly doubt there will be any new CP episodes, at least on the Source engine. It's not because he's out of ideas, or because he doesn't want to; it's because he just cannot use source anymore, it's also the sheer amount of work required to animate, and get maps created for the shorts. The one short he did do in SFM [Stranger in Need] he said would probably be his last using it; so I don't feel optimistic.
Hope he will make half life 2 after a well deserved break.
I feel kinda sad. Like I lost something. I'm so happy to see the end of this after 7 years, but also so sad for some reason. I don't get it.
Duke Nukem Forever came out, Black Mesa Source came out, and now Freeman's Mind is done. I seriously wonder what next long-running thing will come out before Half Life 3.
Infinity: The Quest for Earth, or whatever the hell they are called these days.
Duke Nukem Forever came out, Black Mesa Source came out, and now Freeman's Mind is done. I seriously wonder what next long-running thing will come out before Half Life 3.
Wasteland 2 came out.
Doom 4?
and apparently id barely even functions as a company anymore, and they're still more committed to reviving the series than valve has been or maybe ever will be
Duke Nukem Forever came out, Black Mesa Source came out, and now Freeman's Mind is done. I seriously wonder what next long-running thing will come out before Half Life 3.
Don't forget Max Payne 3. That took really long too.
Don't forget Max Payne 3. That took really long too.
Not really, it was announced in 2009, it came out in 2012. That's not that long.
Not really, it was announced in 2009, it came out in 2012. That's not that long.
I think he meant from Max Payne 2 to Max Payne 3, 9 years, but yeah its not quite the same.
Not really, it was announced in 2009, it came out in 2012. That's not that long.
It's teased at the end of Max Payne 2.
It's teased at the end of Max Payne 2.
Yeah, teased, it wasn't anything concrete or anything. It was only said in 2009 that MP3 is actually going to be a thing.
Yeah, teased, it wasn't anything concrete or anything. It was only said in 2009 that MP3 is actually going to be a thing.
Then in Half-Life 3's case it was never said it was actually going to be a thing.
Xen and the payable Steam version of Black Mesa. Seriously, there hasn't been any news coming from Black Mesa's team other than updated models of the current mod.
I'm baffled that they team still has this shitty sort of lazy attitude about development even though they're working on a commercial product now.
Technically we have two thirds of Half Life 3, as Valve like to consider the episodes combined as Half Life 3.
Xen and the payable Steam version of Black Mesa. Seriously, there hasn't been any news coming from Black Mesa's team other than updated models of the current mod.
They released a few dev Blogs on the Multiplayer maps in the past month.
Technically we have two thirds of Half Life 3, as Valve like to consider the episodes combined as Half Life 3.
The episodic arc should've all just been one game, leaving Half-Life 3 to be the start of a new one
I'm baffled that they team still has this shitty sort of lazy attitude about development even though they're working on a commercial product now.
They're still working on it in their Free time AFAIK. They still have jobs outside of the mod/game.
