Weapon DLC, L-O-L And I thought the female character was bad. The commando chicken is DLC too. What the fuck, tripwire? You made a DLC pay-for verison of a FREE character.
You complain about weapon DLC yet you pay for gold member? At least the weapons that are bought go to the creators that modeled them. Seems to me buying those weapons would have been a better deal than money spent on gold member.

So that's $14 dollars on top of first day buying the game and supporting it since release. If I've been supporting the devs I shouldn't be left out of a PART OF THE GAME THAT ACTUALLY MEANS SOMETHING. The skins are a different story, they're just cosmetic, aesthetic changes. The weapons actually impact the gameplay. Not only that, but if you don't buy the skins it isn't rubbed in your face every 5-10 minutes in game. Every time I access the store I see a big fat fuckin' DLC in my face.
Im ready for this y'all

Specifically, the flare revolvers. The flare revolvers are rediciously OP. A level 6 firebug can 1-2 shot all the low teir monsters and solo scrakes and fleshpounds easily. The revolvers have 12x16 ammo, too. The flare revolvers do such a ridiculous amount of damage, when it was time to fight the patriarch, we damaged him enough to run away. Then he came back. We fought him again, a few players down because they died. The level 6 firebug got close to the patriarch when he was down, and shot all 12 rounds into him. He ran away again, and died from the afterburn. It is not fair. [editline]24th October 2012[/editline] I love how if it was EA or something Facepunch would be all up-in-arms over it but because it's Tripwire everyone is making excuses. What the fuck ever.
Tripwire have been dropping the ball lately. Instead of finishing RO2 they put all their assets into commercializing a mod.

Lol
