Howdy friends. I'm getting back into airsoft with the purchase of a new (my second) gun. I'm looking at the G&G non-blowback M4 for around $140. Thoughts?

I'm running on a budget and pushing $220 including shipping with the M4, battery, smart charger, and 2 mid-caps. I don't want to spend too much more, but is there anything else I'm forgetting for the essentials? I already own a mask and rifle bag from a shitty M16 that fell apart on me during my first foray into airsoft.

Biovals are godly for bio's.

As for BB's, I'd go with .20's or .23's. Do you have a speed loader for the mid-caps?

I use them all the time, and they're excellent. Otherwise, TSD Tactical, G&G, etc. For the love of god, do not buy Crosman BB's. Or anything that's ridiculously cheap. $15+ are usually the norm for quality BB's.

I want to buy a KWA speedloader. Because i'm too god damned tired of constantly refilling my shitty 90rd speedloaders and having them always break on me.

The AK AEG I ordered is, apparently, chronoed at 400-415 with .2g. The field I intend to play at limits FPS to 390 with .2g or 350 with .25g. Is there anything I can do to slightly lower the muzzle velocity, if it's an issue?

Use heavier BBs, maybe.

The former method is going to be much more responsible in the long-term but will require you to purchase a new spring and crack open the gearbox to replace it without breaking anything. There aren't many easy ways.

TSD bb's are best bb's.

Alright, I'll look into replacement springs. Are most springs intercompatible? Because I can't find any compatibility information online.

I have a KWA speedloader It doesn't break and never will Period

Buying a KWA speed loader right now. Hope it works as well as you guys say it does. If so, I love you. I have like 4 speed loaders and using them makes me want to kill babies. Anyways. I have some extra money, 4 guns, and all the kit I want, so I was looking at "grenade launchers" (and then I died a little when I saw how much the shells are.) Now I've been lucky enough to have never been fired upon by one of those, but does anybody use them or are they just dead weight and $70 shells that you loose/break constantly?
