Since my P229 is going to be in my hands (and pants) soon, how do I remove the orange tip?

But I can't figure out how to remove the foregrip, There's no screw under the barrel like all of the tutorials on youtube have shown. There's just these little pins that I have no idea what to do with. Any advice?

Nothing seems to change either. Okay it actually looks like that might have done something with the upper piece, but I can't budge anything.

Well besides that the only other way is the way you mentioned, with a screw underneath the end of the barrel.

Did your gun come with a manual maybe? Check that if you have it.

Why do you exactly want to take it off?

That's an incredibly helpful photo. You are both incredibly helpful. I just need to get the damn grips off so i can install a foregrip of some sort, god forbid I don't like what you like. Hell even a wooden foregrip would be helpful but that doesn't fucking solve the problem that I can't get the grip off!

When my friend lets me borrow his AK with a drum mag (poor man's RPK, he likes to play a support role but didn't have enough for something else), I tend to hold it like I'm using a PPSH. Is that bad?

There are no ballistic PMG lenses, and the cheapest way to get an S10 is Ebay. But for Christ's sake, don't wear a gas mask for airsoft.

Make sure its a nice hammer. Find the two pins on the front of the gas tube. punch those out. Slide the gas tube forward along the barrel. Look at the rear sight, theres a lever on the side. Lift that up. The upper handguard should be able to lift up. Look to the front of the lower handguard. there is a small lever you can turn with a small pointed object or a flathead screwdriver. This locks the handguard retainer to the barrel so it doesn't slip off. At that point everything should be able to pull away without issue. My CM M4 came with 1000 .20's. I'm assuming they are safe because they are G&G BBs, but I'm just making sure. Also, what is the best way to remove sticker residue?
