Help me find the radio / communications equipment / electronics for the CVC (model: DH-132) helmet please?
Depending on the cost of the G&G RK95 in Canada compared to the ICS AK-74M, I might make a Finnish Special Jaeger loadout once I get back into airsoft so I can have something nobody else will have. Anyone want to help me ID the vest and someone who makes on in a similar colouration?

I'm thinking maybe a Pantac OD CIRAS is the best choice but I'm not entirely sure.
Every time I go onto ASGI, that damn Robinson XCR is staring me in the face.
Does anyone actually know how good it is?

So badass it hurts. Looks like a CIRAS alright.

Everyone seems to like it.
My friend wants this pistol and wants to know if its good or not. Considering its price: $40, I'm skeptical.

It's out of stock anyway. I had one and it ended up not feeding or firing correctly and it didn't work with the magazines they sell for them. It was shit.
Other people have them and they work just fine though.

Yeah hes just now getting into airsoft, I told him to save up because he'll have 238 dollars by Easter so he can get a nice rifle.
He should get a KWA, he can grab an M4A1 or G36C with around that.

Exactly what I was thinking.
At the people talking about filters, if I bought this, it'd be safe to use the filter? I'd still rather not risk it since, no offense, I don't feel safe trusting random people with my lungs. I'd probably just hollow it out, but what happens if you do? The filter is basically a chunk of metal that air goes in and out of? V:v:V

Safe to use.
All those Russian gasmasks are basically safe. GP-5, PMG, PBF, PMG-2 etc. etc.
The Police still use a lot of them in the Eastern-Bloc because of how many there are. Only some of the WW2 era ones and before are dangerous, usually when you buy them they'll be SOME indication they have asbestos in them.
Okay. Anyway soviet-power does have some of the items a bit cheaper, although I'm going to have to order the main uniform (FLORA camouflage jacket/pants with patches) from sovietarmystuff due to its unavailability at soviet-power.
What happens if I get the urge to suit up in the STALKER loadout, walk out the door into the night, and trek into the unknown with my faithful mosin? V:v:V
Ehh dunno where to post this so I'll ask here, is there any manufacturers that make a replica MICH 2000 in size Large? I have a replica MICH 2000 from Condor and it's too small, it sits really high on my head and looks dumb. Or are they all the same pretty much?
Unfortunately I don't think airsoft does, I've never seen any helmets in different sizes now that I think about it. Generally they're sized for heads at ~60-64cm around but I've never had a problem with it. If you have one already try taking out some of the pads. I do that for my mich 2001 when I have my Sordin headset on and never have any problems with it. Also I've seen a few pictures here and there of real deal guys whose helmets sit VERYYY high and they look ridiculous upon closer inspection but they make it work.

Definitely tell him to save up, as others said he could get a nice AEG for that much, though he make have to get an extra $30 or $40 to get a KWA. That being said, the M&P C02 is a great sidearm for starters.
Wheres a good place to buy a Soldier 95 helmet and where is a nice place to buy a tactical vest?
what do you mean a soldier 95 helmet
do you mean a British Mk6 Helmet?
[editline]28th March 2011[/editline]
if so, ebay or there's one other place I can't remember that sells surplus Mk6s
Oh riight, yeah, Soldier 95 is the camouflage I have on my BDU's, its just a woodland looking Camo.
Soldier 95 is the term for the uniform cut of a DPM uniform in service by the British Military
camo pattern is DPM temperate / arid
is there any like

What is a good website to get a flecktarn camo uniform?
that would work..
too bad it's out of stock in OD
:(
Hey Facepunch, back again...
I'm thinking of switching to LiPo batteries. Few questions about this.
a - Will i need to modify my gun?
b - What LiPo battery should I get?
c - What charger shall I get to go with it?
The gun I've got is a VFC KAC PDW
What is a good website to get a flecktarn camo uniform?
Most military surplus sites should have it for really cheap.
What is a good website to get a flecktarn camo uniform?
flecktarn.co.uk

how ironic
A question! I haven't even bought my first gun yet, but it's going to be a Dboys RK-01. My question is, around Illinois, would there be any spots that frequently do night ops in the summer? My STALKER loadout is almost complete (well, it's FLORA camo and some STALKER gear over it), including acoustic guitar and fingerless gloves and a Cold Steel shovel. (For frying eggs on in the middle of night while we play STALKER songs on the guitar and sing in broken Russian.)
Such is life in the zone. V:v:V

I doubt they would let you start a fire, and if they did, the last thing you would want is a fire to give you away. Also, I would not advise using a shovel as a frying pan, it weakens the metal tremendously, and gets lead paint in your eggs.
But I saw a video of the Spetsnaz doing it, that means it's okay for us who aren't in a real battlefield or anything to do it too, right! :ohdear:
But okey, I'll stick to the normal shovel stuff. And I worded that wrong, I'm looking for the kinda week-long night ops that have themes like STALKER and stuff? :v:
