Should i get that with the tm or kwa?

Both are good choices. I've used quite a few different KWA Glocks (and own one) and they're all really good. TM has good GBB's as well but I've never tried their Glocks.

ARES internals are usually pretty bad, their externals are quite good though.

Externals are very nice, but the guy at AEX told me to stay away from it (he knows me). He said their test gun lasted 300 rounds before the piston stripped. Other owners have shared similar stories of parts stripping. Sad really, I was considering getting one before the WE G36 was released.
