In your opinion, what is the best place for a scope on a AK47 - One at the front by the handgrip or one at the backend of the dust cover?
Also anyone got links to fairly cheap AK47 scope mounts?

Buy a Russian optic like a Kobra or PSO-1. That's the best way.

You'll need a new outer barrel, what you have is the old TM 3 piece style outer barrel.

Does anyone know if these work well? I'm buying one because everyone else in my team uses an M4 so it's more comfortable (everyone shares mags except for me, even the only other guy with a G36 also uses M4 mags), besides I have lotsa M4 mag pouches and finding G36 pouches is harder than hell.
I'll get it, some ten midcaps (besides the mags I already own) and would be golden, but I really wanna know if these adapters work well or if I'll have to do something gay like holding the mag so it'll feed.

I have one. They are okay, I'm not a big fan of them. You're idea of a loadout sounds kinda odd though.
