Jade's supposed grandson doesn't change anything; it could just mean they survived the scratch. And no one has any way of telling exactly when that page is, whoever wrote that probably assumed, and they're probably right, that's probably not long before the scratch. Although it is perfectly possible that the scratch doesn't happen/is useless, nothing really points to it.

you might say that they might just be a product of the new universe, but remember objects from the kids world (Jade's guitar, Grandpa Harley's ammo stash) end up there too

That's a good point. The Scratch can't have happened, going by that. Or the Scratch somehow doesn't happen until the future.

I assume that Jack forced himself into their session using the powers he got from Bec being prototyped. I don't think the Scratch has any relevance to that, unless he did it to escape.
