Thing is, the back foot was incredibly easy to do.
I got it right on my first try.
I think the foreground foot would look a lot better angled toward the front instead of off the side.

Not really. I mean, it's not bad, but I think they both could be better.
The thing you're missing is the arch. Look at a pair of tennis shoes to see what I mean. If you look at a shoe from the top, it doesn't look like a tube, it has curves. You can see this from other angles, as well.
Work that into the drawing and I think it'll look better.
I was working off the other content we had, and that is how the foot looked.

I just realized what if someone with a sharp weapon (Dave for instance) managed to cut off jacks ring finger, lord of the rings style? wouldn't he be helpless old jack?

Jack used the Royal Deringer to cut off the Ring of Orbs Fourfold and slay the Black Queen, and the Royal Deringer strongly resembles Narsil, the Blade that was Broken and used to cut the One Ring off of Sauron's finger. Narsil is later wielded as Andúril by Prince Aragorn, known to the Hobbits as Strider. Dave also can wield the Royal Deringer, and his last name is Strider.
So yeah, if there somewhere was a blade capable of harming a First Guardian you could defeat Jack that way, but until the [img]http://filesmelt.com/dl/greensun.gif[/img] is destroyed it's extremely unlikely that this will occur.
