It's fine in a 1 on 1 chat but when you have 5+ people in a memo with quirks I stop reading even what I write.

Yeah, that would be me. It is not that hard and if you take five seconds to look at something I said you can figure it out and never have trouble again. Most of my quirks are replacing contractions and uppercasing all expletives honestly.
