Seems more like you set it to maybe replace question marks with letters

Well, it used to be A REPLACED RANDOMLY WITH ['?', 'A']
Now it's A REPLACED RANDOMLY WITH ['?','A','A']
Which as a result, makes it more likely to show a letter than a question mark.

Why even have it set to change randomly? That will just throw people off. The quirks of the official characters don't even change randomly like that.
