Dad already is John's half brother, as they were both birthed from the same mother but different fathers. And I don't think Nanna is Jade, since when John created the kids and their guardians two sets of paradox clones were created, the second being the combination of the paradox ghost slime of the first. John would have created two Jades, and would be his own grand-uncle. Because the paradox clone of Nanna did not perfectly resemble the paradox clone of Jade they cannot be the same person. If it were then Jade would be her own mother, somehow living two lives.
Also Jade always wondered why her grandfather had installed a geothermal power system instead of a nuclear one, and that seems to me like a way to extend the house into the volcano so that it is brought into the session as the Forge for their session. Kanaya stated that she found the seed for her hive and the technology that accompanied it in the Red Frog Temple, so that may have been a result of Jade completing a stable time loop to allow Kanaya to bring her volcano into the trolls' session.
It's one massive universal mobius double reacharound.

Rex Duodecum Angelus is a narrative song of the Troll's fight against the Black King. There is a breakdown of the different parts of it in the commentary you get if you buy the album, but basically each troll's motif is included in the order they attack.
