Bloody hell, that start crash. That was Grosjean's fault, really, resulting in Hamilton shoving into Alonso and Kobayashi, and it seemed like Maldonano and Perez also hit eachother right afterwards.
Button got a huge lead right then, and it looks like he is bagging this one.

Apparently it's on some channel called SPEED. Qualifying is on next Saturday at 8:00AM ET and the race is next Sunday at 7:30AM ET. It's pretty early for you since the GP is in Italy.

It was at the start of the race, Maldonado got a jump start and swept out in front of him so I'm sure that knocked his confidence a little and I would assume he wasn't paying much attention as he rolled into Hamilton. Keep in mind that the with the tiniest of adjustments of steering in F1 you can make huge changes in direction. He definitely did not do it purposefully.

That mightn't have been the coolest crash, but it certainly was one of the "biggest" in terms of taking out important drivers.

Perez actually did surprisingly well. He's not a bad driver.
I think he has the ambition to replace Massa, which is possible.
But well, the new challengers for Alonso are Hamilton and Räikkönen. Red Bull is out for the title.
So if no German can win a title, I hope that Hamilton or Räikkönen will do it. I just have no sypathy for Alonso.
Lewis Hamilton is one cool guy.

I hope he stays with Sauber or at least doesn't take Massa's spot. Ferrari treat their no.2 drivers like shit (see: today's race).
