Next door to me, there's a 2 story, 2 car garage, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath house inside a gated community going for 150k :v:
It's been on sale for 3 years. Nobody is buying.
Why is the post icon PS3?
All US real estate Made in China.
Here Ill answer your question and you can answer mine:
A lot of people like apartments. Studios are FUCKING AMAZING. Some New York apartments are very fancy, but they are also very expen$ive.
And my questions is why does everybody always ask questions about america? What is it about this country that makes it soo interesting/worth talking about?
Seriously, dont move here. That would be an idiotic idea. There are absolutely NO JOBS here. (none that pay good enough to live a good life on your own).
The issue is, that studio apartments are bloody awesome as long as you live alone. The moment you start living with someone, a studio apartment quickly becomes something you'd rather avoid. Which is more often then not the reason why people rent these out. They know they won't spend their life living in one.
