But this is just a guess.

Seems a little odd how they'd be able to determine his age accurately that way. It should also describe that he is sentient, and wether or not he is capable of speech and touching things and such.

I thought of an SCP idea. Similar to the Mother Of Them All, where it has a nipple for every animal, my idea is a computer with a connection for every known and unknown devices. Could i flesh it out?
