Also could you clarify what exactly is does to the sand? I'm having a hard time visualising it.
I'm going to assume it's because since sand reacts the quickest to his shadow, it makes it so they know exactly where he is whenever he's in the room though. But this is just a guess.

I understood it as the sand starting to take up the shape of the person, sort of like a relief?

Seems like something like that, as if you were drawing a very accurate picture of the guy in the sand with a stick. Seems a little odd how they'd be able to determine his age accurately that way. It should also describe that he is sentient, and wether or not he is capable of speech and touching things and such.

"Appears to be an approximately 60 year old human male", they're also going by what information he's telling them.

Also, this is correct.

Can you point out specifically where the grammatical and syntactical mistakes are, I can't find them.
Thanks for the help guys.
I thought of an SCP idea. Similar to the Mother Of Them All, where it has a nipple for every animal, my idea is a computer with a connection for every known and unknown devices. Could i flesh it out?
Figured you guys would like this.

Everyone has a giant boner over 173 and it's not even that good.
Anyone know of any good or interesting SCPs that would work well in a game? (Realistically speaking practically, not an infinitely large extra-dimensional being)
So far I've been working on our good friend '173:
I imagine this would work well in a small multiplayer game where blinking is done manually by clicking or something and you are Class D's cleaning the cell.
Everyone has a giant boner over 173 and it's not even that good.
For a lot of people, it's the first one they've seen. I remember finding it a few years back for the first time while browsing creepypasta. Didn't learn about the foundation until later.
Wouldn't just closing your eyes one eye at a time remove the problem?
Wouldn't just closing your eyes one eye at a time remove the problem?
Yeah, I think there's actually an official log talking about a janitor that figured it out during a containment breach or something.

I have yet to see someone make a full sized model, put a sombrero on it, take pictures of it in different places and make a video of it with funny Mexican music playing to it.

173 is the top rated SCP, one of the four that have more than 200 upvotes and the only one to have more than 210.

What is number 2?
Unsurprisingly what might just be the greatest SCP of all time, 914.
[editline]12th March 2012[/editline]
Equally unsurprisingly the third one is SCP-087 but I can't see why 093 would be number four.
Quite frankly, I expected 682 to be No. 1, or at least to be in the first 3.
That scp game better have 682.
That scp game better have 682.
If you're within a mile of it you get a game over?

Literally everything that could've gone wrong did go wrong. It managed to go from terminating a safe/euclid class SCP to simultaneous containment failures of both 682 and 173.
What was the SCP in that breach video? The one where the ground cracked and a figure came out.

The thing I love the most about that one is the way I can visualize it all, word for word. No need to make a movie of this shit, it's so well written and composed.
Just too bad I can't imagine sound. Is that normal? My imagination is deaf.

That was the best read, specifically " Dr. Kondraki is observed “riding” SCP-682, while hollering something and waving his hat with his free hand." http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wcW_Ygs6hm0

My favorite part was this:
[release]EXCERPT FROM POST-INCIDENT INTERVIEW 083-CLEF-01
Interviewer: Seriously? No mistakes?
Clef: I can't really see that Dr. Kondraki made any mistakes in his termination protocol up to this point, no.
Interviewer: Seriously?
Clef: None at all. He had a primary kill mechanism, a backup plan, and a tertiary plan as well. The fact that his plan didn't survive first contact with the enemy wasn't his fault. The deaths of MTF-Rho-2 were a sad and unforeseeable consequence of the Euclid-class SCiPs being moved…
Interviewer: I see. So tell me, Dr. Clef, what if all of this wasn't part of some plan, and he'd been making it up as he went along?
Clef: <laughs> In that case, sir, I'd say that Dr. Kondraki was a suicidal fool. But he certainly wouldn't have…
Interviewer: …
Clef: … he did?
Interviewer: I have here a copy of Dr. Kondraki's termination procedure proposal. Step one is his plan to use cat urine and a pistol loaded with silver bullets. Backup plans two, three, four, And five are listed as, and I quote, 'Wing It,' 'Make Something Up,' 'Cross That Bridge When I Come To It,' and 'Put My Head Between My Knees And Kiss My Ass Goodbye.'

Strange, mine's the opposite. I can hear it just not see all of it.
