Not to mention how ingrained he's become in the Foundation. He's been referenced by several other SCPs, logs, and tales, so it's a little late to nerf him.
The staff always recognise that those SCPs are embarrassingly bad, but they're part of the foundation's history. I guess when it comes to anomalous creatures you can explain away one mary sue supergod uberman, thank god there aren't any others (and if there are they've been deconned)

Additionally 076 is a nice way of setting up the absolute upper border of overpowered mary sue -ism.

Tbh the whole "here's a weird picture it could be a super good SCP" thing is a really bad way to make SCPs. You should pick out images after you have a strong idea of what your SCP is instead of trying to make an idea to fit a ~weird~ image because it ends up being trite or cliche.

I just got an entertaining idea, A music box when opened blasts Soviet era Choir anthems, full band and everything.
and everyone within ear shot is suddenly compelled to gather around it and sing the song pitch perfectly in fluent Russian regardless of actual talent and whether or not knowing Russian and do this:
