Maybe something that involves the weather.
Ok I have an idea let's crowdfund Evil O5, SCP Tycoon or whatever you wanna call it. TO THE KICKSTARTER!
You know, something about SCP has really bugged me. The content is great. The Senior staff, not so much. They treat any non-senior staff with little respect. I've been banned from the site for voicing an opinion on an article. They like to team up against the little guys. They seem to wave their 'Superior Opinion' over everyone. It pisses me off. If you try to give an opinion why something doesn't belong, and one of the senior staff do not agree, you will be forcibly shot down with the excuse "The site doesn't operate like that" or some stupid shit. If you try and press the matter, you will be warned to stop or be banned. I understand that they want it to keep some type of style, but god damn they don't have to be such assholes.
They do, the whole totalitarian police state moderation is what keeps the content good
I'm bored. Someone gimme a vague suggestion to write an SCP about.
banana cup I don't know just roll with it
For a $10,000 donation, you get SCP-173.
I'd pay for it.
I'd pay for it.
For $250,000, you get to live a day* in the life of a D-Class. *-[sp]Which usually is their whole life when they become a D-Class[/sp]
For a $10,000 donation, you get SCP-173.
Shut up and take my money!
For $250,000, you get to live a day* in the life of a D-Class. *-[sp]Which usually is their whole life when they become a D-Class[/sp]
I still like the "termination means memory wipe and reuse" theory.
Really though, you could make a lot of dosh selling actual lifesize reproductions of scp-173. Hell, you don't even have to care about the quality, the article itself says it's poorly made.
Well, my app got accepted, Just need to figure out a good SCP idea.

hey what was that one sculpture that 173 is based on
I still like the "termination means memory wipe and reuse" theory.
It's less cruel
http://sandbox.scp-wiki.net/jesandals I know I'm a bit of a shitty writer, so i'd like you fellows to help me with this. It's my first try at a SCP.
How does the foundation get it's funds?
How does the foundation get it's funds?
Front organizations, like Soap From Corpses.
$500,000 and you get to spend some time with the Doctor of your choosing.
How does the foundation get it's funds?
duck farming
How does the foundation get it's funds?
The previously stated reasons, coupled with the fact that they practically own the world.
I've started to like reading the Foundation tales more than the SCP articles. This and this are probably my favorites.
genius idea for an SCP guys hear me out its an ordinary pair of jeans right? and they stay with me here they never stay zipped. No matter what outside forces or applications are applied, the second the zipper is unobserved it unzips itself.
Probably exists in one way or another, but feel free to write it up with a recovery story and everything.

Okay, I opened up http://watchout4snakes.com/CreativityTools/RandomWord/RandomPhrase.aspx and got the phrase "grouped led". Here is an SCP I thought up about said phrase.
Item #: SCP-XXX Object Class: Euclid/Keter Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXX is to be kept in a safe measured 10 inches square. Said safe is to be guarded by no more than one guard. All testing shall be made with one researcher and no other personnel present. All video cameras shall cease operation for the duration of the testing, save for those brought in by the sole researcher. Description:SCP-XXX, when viewed by a single observer, whether in person or through remote comunication, is depicted as a 7in x 5in marble statue of a harp. SCP-XXX only manifests its effects when one or more observers are watching SCP-XXX at any one time. When viewed by one or more humans (current testing is ongoing for nonhuman subjects), SCP-XXX proceeds to manifest itself as an object of meaning between the observers. SCP-XXX then proceeds to appeal to the commonality between the observers in an attempt to lead them to harm themselves or otherwise death. Once contact with SCP-XXX has been made, all observers appear to willingly comply with any request SCP-XXX happens to make. It appears SCP-XXX is somewhat sentient, although it has no means of locomotion, it often requests that one of the observers picks it up. Please see Addendum 1 for testing log. Addendum 1: Test #: 1 Observers: D-3476 and D-6457 Details: Both D-Class subjects were fitted with camera helmets to capture footage on the effects of SCP-XXX. Once both D-class entered the room, they appeared to react to a noise not heard in the video. It is believed that SCP-XXX apparently asked the two fo them questions in an attempt to get them to work together. After ██ questions, the subjects both nodded their head in agreement. D-3476 then proceeded to pick the SCP up and attempt to breach the containment room. After █ hours, all breach attempts unsuccessful, both subjects then proceeded to put SCP-XXX on the floor. After which they both decided to commit suicide by chewing through their own wrists. Both subjects died by bloodloss ██ minutes later. Dr.Piper - It appears that when its original plans don't go correctly, it concocts a Plan-B. It doesn't appear to care how the observers die, just that they do indeed die.
Ta-da, tell me how you like it. Did it in about 20 minutes.
genius idea for an SCP guys hear me out its an ordinary pair of jeans right? and they stay with me here they never stay zipped. No matter what outside forces or applications are applied, the second the zipper is unobserved it unzips itself.
OMG I am wearing them. Except they seem to have a like. Memetic effect or some shit. They stay zipped in private and stuff, but whenever I'm in a public situation where I am the centre of attention, they unzip.
Looks like SCP fuel to me.
So a totally crazy guy that's constantly reshaping his face? Some good interview logs could really make or break something like this.
That video is old as heck, may even have been used as an SCP already. If not, it's definitely been discussed.
