Thinking bad things while using SCP-991 on yourself, then injecting a guard with those thoughts to mindfuck him while you escape. Or tagging a guard with SCP-113, incapacitating him for roughly 25 seconds, or permanently if he dies, indefinitely if he grows too horrified / concerned about what just happened to pursue you.
An SCP based stealth / escape game could be rather fun and interesting actually.
