Have you posted that SCP-1976 before? I feel like I've read that literally a few days ago. Very good though, I like the Safe SCP's almost as much as the creepy-as-shit ones.

I think the idea is that they're waiting for ways to study these things more effectively, until then they just keep them locked away.
