I imagine the SCP Foundation to have one main building where the majority of the work is done and it looks like a combination of sterile labs in one section and long steel corridors with many numbered doors in another. Also, don't you think it would be way more well lit? Hopefully that game won't keep the blank concrete walls.
why is there so many cat scp's.
Because cats are the devil [editline]6th March 2012[/editline] And we all know the devil wears prada.
I see what you did there
Oh man that Containment Breach game is going to be great
Oh golly, just read "Document Recovered From The Marianas Trench".
What's that? SCP-173 is in a game now? NOPENOPENOPE
What's that? SCP-173 is in a game now? NOPENOPENOPE
Fitting avatar.
Doctor Fails? Doctor Fetus? Doctor Fucks?
Doctor Funny
oh shit there is an SCP in my conifers
It's like something from "invasion of the body snatchers".
I realized that where my dad works is alot like the SCP foundation in a way. My dad is a microbiologist at the NIH facility in Bethesda. The wing of the building he's in has the labs, cold storage rooms, and offices. The entire place has a cold sterile feel, save the occasional bit of tacky art hung on the wall. What makes his work place like the SCP Foundation is because if a new disease is discovered the NIH is one of the first to begin study and possible containment. It's kind of cool but also scary as fuck because my dad is sometimes one of the first people to know about and work with a new illness. So I'll get to hear before most if there's some virus that can kill all of man-kind and could be one of the first to contract it as well. Also, that picture Zombii posted, the cold-storage hall looks pretty much like that, but not as cool.

We should make our own SCP. I'm the idea guy :v: [editline]7th March 2012[/editline] An SCP about a forum on the internet where all the poster have died but are still posting?
We should make our own SCP. I'm the idea guy :v: [editline]7th March 2012[/editline] An SCP about a forum on the internet where all the poster have died but are still posting?
Most of the SCP community are assholes at best and complete elitist pricks at worst in my experience. Even if you made a totally radical sw33t pr0 SCP, they'd still blam it for being from an outside source.
We should make our own SCP. I'm the idea guy :v:
Item #: SCP-2091 Object Class: [del]Safe[/del] Euclid Special Containment Procedures: Due to its nature, SCP-2091 cannot be contained by the Foundation. It remains at large on the Internet, and will occasionally surface on image boards and discussion forums. SCP-AI-2091 periodically trawls the Internet and will append all confirmed occurrences of SCP-2091 to Document-02-2091. Description: SCP-2091 is a disembodied agent which posts to message boards. All attempts to trace the IP back to a single machine have met with failure (see Experiment Log 2091 for details). All posts made by SCP-2091 follow the same structure: the agent will create a thread detailing an idea. The idea will typically be an extremely convoluted plan for a work of fiction related to the subject of the forum (eg. for a video game forum, SCP-2091 will suggest a modification based on that video game). SCP-2091 will attempt to outsource all work on the project to forumgoers. Addendum 2091-a Through extensive automatic data-mining of all recorded sightings of SCP-2091, the amount of vitriol directed to SCP-2091 by regular forumgoers exceeds the baseline set by the [REDACTED] Survey. This suggests that SCP-2091 poses a low memetic hazard. Request that SCP-2091 be upgraded to Euclid. Addendum 2091-b Request approved.
I love you

I imagine some of the earlier, more heavily fortified Foundation sites to look like this. Where were those pictures taken?
Where were those pictures taken?
Some old Titan missile silo in Pima, Arizona. The Russians come by every three months to make sure we're not violating any treaties with it, like keeping it armed/refueling it. [editline]7th March 2012[/editline] Here's some of the other pictures I took. It's suspended on giant springs so the impending nuclear blast wouldn't make it collapse.
