Last week has been so shit I'm thinking about just using this week as a deload week.
I'll just go through it and see how it is, if it's also shit like last week, I'll take a break next week, if it's good then I'll keep on liftan.
On this, do you guys know anywhere that I can buy dumbbells that aren't too expensive. My DBs are only so long and the most I can stick on them is 60 lbs, 3x10 lbs plates on each sides.
I'm finally starting to cross the realm of mediocre shitlift to okay lifts.
50 lbs DB bench press, come at my mediocre lifts bros.

It's funny, I started at 155lbs (been my weight consistently for years) back in February, which is when I got back in to lifting, and about a month ago, I noticed I'm 160lbs. Idk if I've gained fat or muscle. That sounds stupid but yeahz

probably a little bit of both. and i've been doing deadlifts for a solid year or so. on some days i find myself struggling to do 3 plates while on others i can do it fine, so i attribute that to a good day of lifts.

I've actually been here since 08 in the middle of my fat n' nerdy Gmod years. I only really still post here out of habit (and gratitude to WtF for giving me info on getting less fat when I was starting out).
