Why does a soldier pop out of a tree to shoot an old man, who was shooting at a helicopter that was obviously abandoned because something bad was inside of it?

Scout should be in the area in a few turns.

Which is exactly what I'm wondering. If you jump out of a helicopter because a zombie is in it, and a survivor shoots at the helicopter to futilely try and kill the zombie inside, you don't shoot the survivor in the face.

Yes there is, he had quite a valid reason - and old man with a gun shooting at a helicopter - for all that the man on the ground knows is still friendly, and has to defend it - wether he wants to or not. So yes there is a fucking problem, stop being so butthurt.

I believe the soldier that was in the tree had jumped out of the helicopter, therefore he KNEW there were zombies in it just as well as Bill did.

And so that totally gives him a reason to get in a strop and leave the thread? If he calmly explained it and replaced Bill, I'm sure no-one would mind - but instead he goes and does some dumb ass turns and gets skipped for that, he then complains and leaves.
